Our social and environmental impact

We’re committed to reducing our impact on the planet and encouraging environmentally responsible behaviour throughout our operations.

PPI’s commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices is an evolving journey. Since 2020 we have adopted new, progressive policies, done more in our communities, and taken steps to change our impact on the environment.

Recent improvements to our policies and processes have resulted in the following changes:

For all new leased space we look for environmentally-friendly LEED or BOMA BEST certified
Purchasing policy to emphasize more environmentally-responsible choices, including coffee supplies
All employees received one paid day per year to volunteer
Adding ESG factors into our organizational mission and job goals

Our ESG journey continues and we will continue to make strides in various areas.
